Beat the Craps out of the Casinos - Book Review
Beat the Craps out of the Casinos is a masterpiece. I have read this book over and over again and I find it well written and very educating. It has something to offer for craps players at any level, from beginners to more experienced players. The author, Frank Scoblete, is a famous craps player who regularly writes in Win Magazine, a national gambling magazine.
In Beat the Craps out of the Casinos, Frank Scoblete explains how it’s possible to win in a game many people consider unbeatable. He explains how to actually beat the house, and in the craps community Scoblete is known as “the captainâ€.
The book starts off by explaining the basic rules of craps. The types of bets players can make, payouts for different bets, and the house edge for various wagers. Scoblete then reviles his own system “The 5 countâ€. He explains how players can adapt his way of playing to minimize their losses and maximize the winnings. He gives the readers step-by-step instruction how they can use his system to perfection.
He also gives the readers tips on where the best craps games are held and where you get most value for your money. He explains how you actually can get better odds than the casino advertises. Scoblete also writes about something that many players, including me, should think about before they put money at stake i.e. money management. A very important part of gambling at all levels.
Beat the Craps out of the Casinos is a book I strongly recommend.
